This chart has been developed to help you review the different sections of your child’s IEP. It may be helpful to look at your child’s most recent Report Card, or the IPRC Statement of Decision, if your child has been through the Identification and Placement Review Committee process. If you can’t check off all of these statements, or have questions or comments, please call the school and talk to the classroom teacher.
